The location was convenient. The room size was generous, it included a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfast offered many options, including a coffee counter. The reception staff provided information regarding the available amenities.
The room curtains did not block light effectively. It made sleeping difficult.

faulty air conditioninglighting issue
the air conditioning did not work well at night. even at the lowest setting, my room felt too hot for sleep. some lights were also out. i have stayed here before, i never had these problems. i hope management fixes the maintenance soon..

My stay had some issues. The soundproofing was inadequate, as I could hear noises from the adjacent room very clearly. the shower head was broken. To make matters worse, there was no cold tap water available. The water was excessively hot, made showering quite unpleasant.

The hotel has four swimming pools and lifeguards are always present. There are jacuzzi and saunas open until 10 PM. Breakfast included a wide selection and employees were helpful in all areas.

Our room was a Beautiful King Room Non-Smoking. The staff was friendly at all times. The breakfast had many options and it was delicious. I appreciate there was a metro station nearby. The hotel is also close to a mall.
The bedroom size was very small. The bathroom was not very clean for a five-star hotel. I saw leftovers from previous guests. I found hair between the bed and nightstand.

i found the location very convenient to gate mall and the metro station. the city mall and the corniche were also nearby. shahid provided support during check-in and check-out, addressing every request efficiently.
the curtain wall facade needed cleaning the dirty glass ruined the nice view from high floors.
